11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
The dissertation is a specialized research project on the Influence of University Autonomy factors on the results of training and scientific reseach in public higher education institutions in Vietnam. Specifically, it includes the following:
First, based on the current state of university autonomy in public higher education institutions in Vietnam, it clarifies the external and internal factors affecting university autonomy in these institutions, thereby evaluating both the advantages and the existing shortcomings; it elucidates the causes of these limitations;
Second, the dissertation combines qualitative and quantitative research to assess and measure the impact of university autonomy on the results of training and scientific reseach of public higher education institutions in Vietnam during the period from 2016 to 2023;
Third, it proposes priority solutions to enhance the effectiveness of university autonomy, contributing to the improvement of training quality and scientific research in public higher education institutions in Vietnam.

- The research results and surveys of the dissertation serve as a basis to demonstrate the impact of higher education accreditation on the results of training and scientific reseach of public higher education institutions in Vietnam, thereby providing a foundation for policy adjustments and proposing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of higher education accreditation in general and the quality of training and scientific research in particular;
- The dissertation is a research work that can be used as a reference material for teaching in the fields of management and educational administration at higher education institutions.
