11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

- Setting the indicators of climate change impact on infrastructure

- Setting the indicators of saline intrusion to water supply of Rach Gia city Kien Giang province

- Established an assessment and vulnerability maps of saltwater intrusion on urban water supply infrastructure based on multi-criteria analysis and hierarchical analysis to identify highly affected areas

12. Paratical applicability, if any:

- Contribute the scientific basis in selecting factors for research and building assessment and vulnerability maps due to climate change.

- Assessment and vulnerability maps are an important document in forecasting, preventing and mitigating natural disasters, supporting urban planning to promoting sustainable socio-economic development for Rach Gia urban area, Kien Giang province

- The assessment and vulnerability maps can be applied to saline intrusion impact on water supply in other areas with similar geographical conditions.
